This paper discussed the significance to strengthen the civil construction site management of building engineering,explored the civil construction site management of building engineering,researched the construction system not perfect,material management not strict,manage-ment and construction personnel quality low and other problems,and put forward some improvement measures,to strengthen the civil construction site management of building engineering.%论述了加强建筑工程土建施工现场管理的意义，就建筑工程土建施工现场管理的现状进行了说明，针对施工制度不完善、物料管理不严格、管理及施工人员素质低等问题作了研究，并提出了一些改进措施，以加强建筑工程土建施工现场管理。
