Taking our construction engineering supervision situation as a starting point,this paper pointed out the existing five problems in our current construction engineering supervision development process,and in view of the not adapt management system and market demand,poor supervision industry,overall low quality supervision personnel,proposed corresponding measures,to promote the development of engineering supervision in construction industry.%以我国建设工程监理情况为出发点，指出了当前我国建设监理发展过程中存在的五个问题，并针对管理体制与市场需求不适应、监理行业独立性差、监理人员整体素质低等问题，提出了相应的解决措施，以促进工程监理在建设行业中的发展。
