In light of current commercial pattern of Zhengzhou city,taking city design as the basic point,the paper analyzes problems occurring owing to commercial buildings along the street from three aspects of urban road traffic,landscape environment and spatial morphology,which has play a promotion role for improving Zhengzhou city status.%结合目前郑州市的商业模式，以城市设计为立足点，从城市道路交通、景观环境、空间形态三个方面分析了沿街商业建筑产生的问题，对改善郑州的城市现状有积极的促进作用。
