This paper introduced the main contents of building rock-soil investigation,analyzed the factors influence the accuracy of building rock-soil investigation,and elaborated the bedding course ground sill technology,additives use,pre-loading method,chemical reinforcement, high-pressure jet grouting method and other foundation treatment technologies,laid good foundation to ensure the construction quality of building engineering.%介绍了建筑岩土勘察的主要内容，分析了影响建筑岩土勘察准确性的因素，并阐述了垫层换填技术、使用添加剂、预压法、化学加固、高压喷射注浆法等地基处理技术，为保证建筑工程的施工质量奠定良好的基础。
