This paper discussed the characteristics and requirements of building electrical construction technology,from un-reasonable electrical design,un-standard pipeline laying,un-standard wear box wire connection and other aspects,analyzed the existing problems in building electrical construction,and put forward improvement measures,had positive promotion role to improve the quality of building electrical construction.%论述了建筑电气施工技术的特点和要求，从电气设计不合理、管线铺设不达标、穿线和导线连接不规范等方面出发，分析了建筑电气施工中存在的问题，并提出了整改措施，对提高建筑电气施工的质量有积极的促进作用。
