The paper elaborates the influence of performance on RC structure strengthened by CFRP,non-linear analysis is performed on RC frame columns by ANSYS,and researches on the mechanical performance of RC frame columns with a rectangle cut is being performed before or after strengthening. The result can be summarized as follows:the consequence is that the mechanical performance of RC frame columns strength-ened by CFRP is greatly improved,and the function of the CFRP is fully used.%阐述了CFRP（碳纤维复合材料）对工程结构中框架柱性能的影响，采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对加固工程中的RC框架柱进行了非线性分析，研究了RC矩形截面框架柱在CFRP加固前后的力学性能，结果表明：CFRP加固后的框架柱的力学性能明显提高，CFRP充分发挥了作用。
