结合太原市某道路改造工程实例，阐述了该工程项目的施工难点和特点，并从工程组织方式、质量管理工作、项目文化建设以及验收移交工作等方面入手，总结了道路改造工程的项目管理经验，通过改造，提高了城市综合服务效能。%Taking some reconstruction project on some road in Taiyuan as the example,the paper illustrates the construction difficulties and fea-tures of the project,and sums up the program management experience of the reconstruction projects from the engineering organization approaches, quality management,program cultural construction,and acceptance,through transformation,it improves comprehensive city service efficiency.
