According to the BIM theory,combining with the new campus project of Taiyuan kindergarten Training school,analyzes the application effect of BIM technique,including missing items,reduction of rework,promotion of working efficiency and quality and safety,and points out the application of BIM technique can enhance the operation efficiency and core competition of enterprises.%依照BIM理论，结合太原幼儿师范学校新校区工程，从防止结算缺漏项，减少返工，提高工作效率以及质量安全等方面入手，分析了BIM技术的应用效果，指出应用BIM技术可提高企业的运营效率与核心竞争力。
