The paper introduces the importance of construction sequence of architectural projects,analyzes some problems in the construction se-quence of the projects,and points out strategies by establishing quality management system,exerting the role of the inspection engineers,and promoting the technical capacity management personnel,so as to improve the management level of projects.%对建筑工程施工工序的重要性进行了介绍，详细分析了建筑工程施工工序中存在的具体问题，并针对性地提出了建立质量管理体系、发挥监理工程师作用、提高管理人员技术能力等解决对策，以促进建设项目施工管理水平的不断提高。
