In this paper,the old service center building as an example of the scale of the control,space construction,drawings and human nature of the design thinking to explore the sketch design method,summarized up a set of strategies to make sketch design. At the same time,the design and research of the construction of the old service is aroused by the architects.%以老年服务中心建筑为例，从尺度把控、空间营造、图纸表达及人性化设计思考等方面，介绍了快题设计的方法，总结出快题设计的一套策略，同时唤起建筑设计者对老年服务建筑的用心设计与研究。
