Taking the“Longyuan Class”of Ningbo Radio ﹠ TV University and Longyuan Group together cooperation as an example,combining with the teaching practice situation,this paper analyzed the existing problems in school and enterprise cooperation,put forward some suggestions to effective implementation of civil engineering specialty practice teaching,and through the investigation and analysis on“Longyuan Class”gradu-ates employment situation,pointed out the teaching method of school enterprise cooperation organization and implementation,helped to the reali-zation of civil engineering specialty talents training goal,worthy of popularization and application.%以宁波电大与龙元集团合作开办的“龙元班”为例，结合实践教学情况，分析了校企合作办学中存在的问题，提出了有效实施土建类专业实践教学的几点建议，并通过对“龙元班”毕业生就业情况的调查分析，指出校企合作组织实施的教学方法，有助于土建类专业人才培养目标的实现，值得推广应用。
