During the reform of vocational education,the connection of academic certificate and professional certificate is the inevitable trend. Based on the research about the present situation of cost engineer qualification examination,the survey data are analyzed elaborately,and the related distribution laws are summarized. Finally,the direction of higher vocational teaching reform is proposed for the seamless connection of double certificates.%针对学历证和职业证双证对接这一教育改革的趋势，介绍了造价员资格考试现状，对调研数据进行详细分析，总结相关分布规律，提出了适合双证无缝衔接的高职课程的教学改革方向。
