以上海地铁十号线吴中路停车库上盖的酒店项目为例，针对上盖结构设计中存在的问题，从上盖结构振动、上盖整体抗震性能、既有结构桩基承载力等方面，提出了相应的设计策略，可为类似工程提供参考。%Taking the hotel project of upper-track garage in Wuzhong road of subway line No. 10 in Shanghai as an example,in light of upper-track structure design problems,the paper puts forward corresponding design strategies from aspects of upper-track structure vibration,integral structure seismic performance and existing structure pile foundation bearing capacity,which will provide some guidance for similar engineering.
