通过分析我国施工项目成本管理存在的问题，从优化施工组织设计、控制工程材料费用、加强报价及合同管理三方面，提出了项目成本管理的对策，并论述了控制工程变更及索赔对造价管理的意义，以提高施工企业的经济效益。%Through the analysis on existing problems in our construction project cost management,from the optimization of construction organiza-tion design,controlling engineering material cost,strengthening the quotation and contract management three aspects,put forward the counter-measures of project cost management,and discussed the significant of controlling engineering change and claim to cost management,in order to improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
