In view of the high-rise building construction cycle long,aerial work frequent,much of the project,deep foundation buried depth and other characteristics,this paper analyzed the key technology of high-rise building construction,and elaborated the concrete construction,steel structure construction,foundation construction and other aspects,at the same time put forward the construction quality and control measures,in order to improve the construction level of high-rise building.%针对高层建筑施工周期长、高空作业频繁、工程项目多、基础埋深较深等特点，分析了高层建筑施工的关键技术，并从混凝土施工、钢筋结构施工、地基施工等方面进行了阐述，同时提出了施工质控措施，以提高高层建筑的施工水平。
