This paper analyzed the existing problems in modern city residential door model design,from the space layout,design concept,land-scape environment three aspects discussed the ways to enhance the door model design level,prospected the development trend of modern residen-tial door model design,made the door model design to achieve healthy,green,practical,comfortable effect.%分析了现代城市住宅户型设计存在的问题，从空间布局、设计理念、景观环境三方面探讨了提升户型设计水平的方法，展望了现代住宅户型设计的发展趋势，使户型设计达到健康、绿色、实用、舒适的效果。
