Taking the coal storage bunker engineering of open-air coal preparation plant in eastern Pingshuo as an example,the paper introduces the application of the reversed construction method in the construction of bin bottom postern,discusses critical construction technology schemes and quality control measures of earthwork engineering,soil-nailing wall,postern,coal-dropping tube,coal-retaining wall and subsidiaries,which has provided some guidance for similar engineering construction.%以平朔东露天选煤厂储煤槽仓工程为例，介绍了逆作法技术在仓底暗道施工中的应用情况，论述了土方工程、土钉墙、暗道、落煤筒、挡煤墙、附属间等关键部位的施工技术方案和质控措施，为同类工程施工提供了借鉴。
