Taking a stone arch bridge as an example, this paper elaborated used substrate CFG pile treatment, foundation change, hole basis paved with concrete, arch top light material and other treatment measures in construction phase, and introduced in detail the reinforced concrete arch reinforcement scheme, steps and matters needing attention, provided reference for such culvert bridge treatment.%以某石拱小桥为例，对施工阶段采取的基底CFG桩处理、基础变更、洞底加铺混凝土及拱顶轻质材料回填等处治措施进行了阐述，并对钢筋混凝土套拱加固方案、步骤和注意事项进行了详细介绍，为此类涵洞、小桥处治提供了参考依据。
