This paper introduced the application situation of zigzag street gutter in city old road reconstruction through the project example, em-phatically explained the calculation process of zigzag street gutter, elaborated the setting key points of gully and watershed points, pointed out that using zigzag street gutter exclusion of road surface water more economic and effective compared with adjustment of road profile slope scheme in old road reconstruction process, worthy of popularization and application.%结合工程实例介绍了锯齿形街沟在城市旧路改造中的应用情况，着重说明了锯齿形街沟的计算过程，阐述了雨水口和分水点的设置要点，指出在旧路改造工程中采用锯齿形街沟排除路表水，相对于调整道路纵坡方案更为经济有效，值得推广应用。
