主要对公路施工项目成本管理进行了深入研究，通过对成本管理存在的问题进行综合分析，进而提出了有效的解决措施，以促进公路施工项目成本科学、合理、高效管理，提高公路工程质量与安全性。%This paper made deeply research on the cost management of highway construction project, through the comprehensive analysis on exis-ted problem of cost management, then put forward some effective measures, in order to promote the scientific, reasonable, efficient management to highway construction project cost, improved the quality and safety of highway project.
