针对目前各个城市面临的城市交通拥堵问题，结合近年来太原市人非共板的道路断面经验教训，分析研究了对于人非共板断面方式的选取条件和影响因素，总结了城市绿色交通系统建设应注意的事项与设计要点，以供参考借鉴。%According to the urban traffic congestion of cities, the paper analyzes the selection conditions and influential factors for the non-motor vehicle and pedestrian templates by combining with the experience for the road section of the template in Taiyuan, and sums up the precautions and design points for the construction of the urban green transportation system, so as to provide some reference.
