Combining with years of collapsible loess situation in residential buildings foundation, this paper put forward adopting dynamic com-paction construction treatment technology, system introduced the construction principle and operation key points of this treatment technology, and the construction project implementation results showed that, using dynamic compaction method foundation treatment in collapsible loess area had the advantages of easy construction, wide application range etc. , worthy of promotion.%结合多层住宅建筑地基存在湿陷黄土的情况，提出对其采取强夯施工处理技术，系统介绍了该处理技术的施工原理和操作要点，并通过工程实施效果表明，在湿陷性黄土地区采用强夯法处理地基具有施工方便、适用范围广等优点，值得推广。
