Combining with many-year work experience, the paper illustrates the necessity and design principles for the planned pipelines at new-ly-built residential complexes, mainly introduces the design methods for the municipal auxiliary projects, and points out suggestions for the com-prehensive design for pipelines, with a view to provide some reference.%结合多年的设计工作经验，阐述了新建小区内各规划管线综合设计的必要性和设计原则，着重介绍了太原理工大学新建校区内市政配套工程设计方法，给出管道综合设计的建议，以供参考。
