通过对国际工程总承包EPC模式的介绍，分析了BIM技术在某海外EPC项目中的应用情况，指出BIM技术可将建设方、总包方、投资商以及材料供应商的多方信息进行有效整合和汇总，是实现建筑工程行业设计施工一体化的良好途径。%Through the introduction of general contracting EPC mode of international project, this paper analyzed the application situation of BIM technology in an overseas EPC project, pointed out that the BIM technology could effective integration and aggregation multi information of con-struction side, general contractors, investors and materials suppliers, was a good way to realize the integration of building engineering design and construction.
