This paper discussed the basic steps in reality building engineering construction, and combining with practical engineering experi-ence, put forward the main measurement contents, key tasks, control target and how to skillfully applied the measure knowledge and technology in actual project of each step, in order to achieve the effective control of decoration quality, schedule and cost.%对现实建筑工程施工中的基本步骤进行了论述，并结合实际工程经验，提出了各个步骤中测量的主要内容、关键任务和控制目标，以及实际工程中如何将测量知识及技术巧妙灵活地加以应用，以达到对装修目标的质量、进度和造价有效控制的目的。
