Combing the steel trestle construction example of Qingdao bridge at the 1st period as an example,the thesis introduces the foundation pipe pile construction with pontoon instrument spelling for water floating hoister,and applies vertical guiding frame and guiding location ship for measurement location control. Practice proves its advantages including fast construction,accurate orientation and saving construction duration.
