Through researching relevant literature and cultural relics of the origin of raising-and-depression and collar inclination,the paper com-pares and analyzes their origin,points out their mutual influence and co-existence,which has provided some basis for further studying roof shape of ancient architecture.%通过考证举折和起翘起源相关的文献与文物，对举折和起翘的起源进行了对比和分析，提出了举折和起翘在发展过程中存在互相影响的现象，为进一步研究中国古代建筑体系屋顶造型提供了依据。
