Taking Caofu governmental-guarantee building as the target,the paper analyzes impact of construction noise upon environment,dis-cusses engineering noise pollution sources,acoustic environment and noise environment according to the application of construction noise control in construction project,and finally puts forward measures of preventing construction noises.%以曹夫楼保障性安置住房小区为对象，对施工噪声的环境影响进行了分析，并根据施工噪声控制在该建设项目中的应用，对工程噪声污染源、声环境现状、噪声的环境影响等方面进行了论述，并提出了施工噪声的防治措施。
