Taking the commercial housing engineering of military and civilian village supporting,this paper researched the cost management of the engineering,from the service fee,material fee,mechanical royalties and other aspect elaborated the specific cost control measures,in order to re-duce the engineering cost,realized the enterprise’s economic benefit.%以军民村配套的商品房工程为例，对该工程的成本管理进行了研究，从劳务费、材料费、机械使用费等方面阐述了具体的成本控制手段，以期降低工程成本，实现企业的经济效益。
