This paper analyzed the foundation treatment quality accidents of a residential area,through the analysis on cement soil mixing pile to treatment the problems of muddy dredger fill work in coastal area,summarized the quality control key points of cement soil mixing pile construc-tion,so as to ensure the project construction quality.%对某住宅小区地基处理质量事故原因进行了分析，通过分析水泥土搅拌桩处理沿海地区淤泥质吹填土工作中容易出现的问题，归纳总结了水泥土搅拌桩施工质量控制要点，以确保工程的施工质量。
