根据大榭第二大桥钢箱梁的结构特点，介绍了单索面斜拉桥钢箱梁板单元制作、总拼组装、焊接等关键制造技术，以及钢箱梁制造过程中的质量控制措施，为今后同类钢箱梁制造提供了技术参考。%Aimed at the structural features of the steel box girder for the Daxie 2nd Bridge,this paper introduces the key fabrication technique of steel box girder for single plane cable-stayed bridge,such as steel plate fabrication,general assembly and welding,and the quality control meas-ures in the process of manufacturing,which provide technique reference for the similar steel box girder fabrication in the future.
