This paper reviewed the contents of residential building construction energy-saving,emphatically from roof,walls,doors and windows and other aspects,discussed in detail the energy saving technology of residential building construction,so as to according to the housing energy saving technology development of system improvement work,promoted the development of environment-friendly,resource-saving society.%对民用住宅建筑施工节能包含的内容作了综述，着重从屋面、墙体、门窗等方面入手，详细阐述了民用住宅建筑施工的节能技术，以期针对房屋的节能技术展开系统的改良工作，促进环境友好型、资源节约型社会的发展。
