鉴于GPSRTK技术在城市测量中得到广泛应用，且七参数转换模型精度也达到城市测量规范的要求，但对于已知点要求较高，在实际测量中往往带来不便，以四参数+高程拟合模型代替七参数模型在一定区域内观测，通过对控制区域及测量精度进行初步探讨，得出了一些有益的结论。%GPSRTK measurement technology in the city has been widely used,and seven-parameter transformation model also reached the city of measurement accuracy specification requirements,but for the known points higher,in the actual measurement is often inconvenient.
