From the aspect of the inspection,the paper mainly analyzes the contents and standards for the beforehand,process and afterwards in-spections by aiming at the quality control of basement waterproof projects,analyzes reasons for the common diseases of underground leakage,and points out related inspection points,so as to enhance the regulation of the inspection of basement waterproof projects.%从监理的角度，以地下室防水工程质量控制为目标，具体分析了其事前、事中、事后监理工作的内容和标准，并对地下室渗漏质量通病产生原因进行了分析，提出了相关监理要点，以促使地下室防水工程监理工作的规范化。
