The paper mainly introduces the drainage functions and classification in the foundation pit construction of civil buildings,analyzes the drainage construction schemes in the foundation pit construction,illustrates drainage techniques in the construction,such as open drainage meth-od,water interception technique of deep foundation pits,recharging technique,and artificial well-point dewatering technique,so as to select proper drainage technique according to various construction circumstances.%主要介绍了民用建筑基坑施工中排水的作用以及分类，分析了基坑施工中排水的施工方案，并对民用建筑基坑施工中明排法、深基坑截水技术、回灌技术、人工井点降水等排水的技术进行了阐述，以针对不同的工况选用合适的排水技术。
