结合民建地下室建造防水工程的现状，对造成民建地下室涌水、潜流、渗漏的因素进行了分析，并对刚性防水技术、柔性防水技术、节点防水技术分别作了论述，为地下室防水技术的研究奠定了基础。%Combining with the status of the waterproof projects of basement in civil-built projects,the paper analyzes the factors causing water burst,underflow,and leakage at the basement,and indicates the stiff waterproof technique,flexible waterproof technique,joint waterproof tech-nique,so as to lay the foundation for the research on the basement waterproof technique.
