This paper elaborated the supervision work disclosure key points of directors to contractors in first site meeting from safety manage-ment,quality control,schedule control,cost control,information management and other aspects,summarized the work contents of contractors, in order to scientifically organize work,avoid engineering quality problems.%从安全管理、质量控制、进度控制、造价控制、资料管理等方面阐述了总监在第一次工地会议上向施工方进行监理工作交底要点，归纳总结了施工方的工作内容，以期科学地组织开展工作，避免工程质量问题的发生。
