Starting from four aspects of material and machinery equipment management,project schedule funds management,engineering altera-tion management,and engineering claim management,the paper studies the cost management points at construction phase,with a view to realize cost control target of construction unit with scientific management methods.%从材料及机械设备管理、工程进度款管理、工程变更管理、工程索赔管理四方面入手，分析研究了施工阶段的造价管理要点，以期通过科学的管理方法实现建设单位的造价控制目标。
