The basic situation of a landslide of a slope retaining wall in Qingyuan LNG vaporizing station was introduced in this paper. The causes were analyzed from engineering geological condition to construction factor and other factors why the slope retaining wall collapsed,and the emer-gency measures were put forward. The experience of the prevention in this project has an important reference significance for other similar pro-jects.%介绍了清远某LNG气化站边坡挡墙滑坡地质灾害的基本情况，从工程地质条件、施工因素等方面入手，对挡墙发生滑坡地质灾害的原因进行了分析，并提出了应急措施，对类似填土类斜坡工程具有较大的借鉴意义。
