Through investigating Shengxi lake wetland park status in Xiaoyi city,the paper analyzes park base features,describes the design principles of park construction combining with tourism planning,cultural demonstration,ecological protection and science population education, and studies its planning goal,concept and layout,with a view to seek for future development of urban park.%通过对孝义市胜溪湖湿地公园现状的调查，分析了公园基地的特征，阐述了公园建设与城市发展、旅游策划、文化展示、生态保护及科普教育相结合的设计原则，并对其规划目标、理念、布局作了研究，以寻求城市公园的未来发展道路。
