结合工作经验，从劳务合同签订、材料用量控制、施工组织设计、现场签证变更办理等角度出发，对工地管理在造价方面应注意的事项进行了一一阐述，以期做好工程建设的各阶段工作，促使企业获得更高的利润。%Combining with the work experience,from the labor contract signed,material consumption control,construction organization design, on-site visa change management point of views,this paper made one by one elaboration on the matters needing attention of site management in cost aspect,in order to do well each stage of work of project construction,encouraged the enterprises obtain higher profits.
