Combining with the engineering examples, the paper introduces the manufacturing procedure of the hot wind furnace shell composite steel plate, illustrates the processing of composite plate groove, monocular longitudinal seam welding and the stress relief technique after welding, and analyzes the technical points for the composite plate welding craft, so as to provide some reference for similar projects.%结合工程实例，对热风炉壳复合钢板的制作工艺流程进行了介绍，并对复合板坡口加工，单筒节纵缝焊接及焊后应力消除技术进行了阐述，分析了复合板焊接工艺的技术要点，以供类似工程施工参考。
