针对水利水电工程施工中非承包商原因导致的施工单位工效降低的现象，对计算工效降低的方法进行了探索，介绍了一种常用的基准生产率的计价方法，并结合案例作了具体阐述，指出该方法以时段工效比较为基准，操作方便简单。%In light of construction unit working efficiency decreasing phenomenon of non-contractors in hydraulic and hydro-power engineering construction, the paper explores methods of decreasing working efficiency, introduces common benchmark productivity pricing method, and makes specific description by combing with cases, and finally points out its advantages, such as taking time efficiency as the standard and being simple in operation.
