Taking some high slope support at a calcium carbide factory at some mountainous area as the example, the paper point out two consoli-dation schemes according to the survey of factual project. After technical and economic comparison, use of slope cutting + ultra high gravity re-taining walls supporting. Monitoring results demonstrate:after two years of operation, it proves the slope and the retaining structure in a stable state. The obtained results of this paper have certain reference significance for other similar high slope retaining in moutain area.%以某山区电石厂区高边坡支护为例，结合具体工程概况，提出了两种加固方案，经技术经济比较后，采用削坡+重力式挡土墙进行支护，监测结果表明，运营两年后，整个边坡及支护结构体系处于稳定状态，该成果对于其他类似山区内高边坡的支护有一定的借鉴意义。
