结合工作经验，对项目成本控制过程中材料控制的现状进行了分析，针对工程材料管理普遍存在的问题，从采购价格、采购计划、出场控制、管理制度等方面提出了针对性的材料控制措施，以降低工程成本，提高经济效益。%Combining with the work experience, the paper analyzes the status of the material control in the program cost control and points out ac-cording material control planning in the aspects of the purchase prices, purchase planning, the control over complete, and management system ac-cording to the common problems in the engineering material management, so as to lower engineering cost and promote economic benefits.
