From the raw materials quality, mixture ratio and construction technology three aspects, this paper analyzed the caused reasons of floor cracks in building engineering, discussed the technical measures and remedial measures prevention and control of floor cracks, in order to avoid the surface cracks of building body, then guaranteed the building engineering quality.%从原材料质量、配比及施工技术三方面出发，对建筑施工中楼面裂缝的产生原因进行了分析，探讨了防治楼面裂缝产生的技术措施及修补措施，以避免楼体表面裂缝的发生，进而保障楼房建筑工程的质量。
