Taking Xinling tunnel extension engineering of Hangjinqu highway in Zhejiang as an example, according to actual engineering condi-tions, the paper studies the structural parameters design, and introduces tunnel structure design technology of double-direction 4 lanes expanding 10 lanes under complicated geological conditions, which has provided some guidance for similar engineering in future.%以浙江杭金衢高速公路新岭隧道扩建工程为例，依据实际工程概况，通过对各结构参数的设计研究，详细介绍了复杂地质条件下由双向四车道隧道扩建为十车道隧道结构设计技术，为今后类似工程提供技术参考。
