This paper briefly introduced the process of a power plant outdoor steam pipe network system and heat exchange station, through the a-nalysis on existing problems in outdoor steam pipe network and heat exchange station running process, put forward correctly installation of corruga-ted compensator, reasonably setting steam trap, strengthen of equipment operation management and other transformation measures, made the busi-ness enterprise acquired better economic benefits.%简要介绍了某电厂原室外蒸汽管网系统及换热站工艺流程，通过对原室外蒸汽管网及换热站运行过程中存在问题的分析，提出了正确安装波纹补偿器，合理布置疏水器，加强设备运行管理等改造措施，使企业获得了较好的经济效益。
