Taking the rising soil treatment project along Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway as the example, the paper explores the reasons for rising soil diseases according to the analysis and research, and adopts the foundation replacement and ballast improvement and improvement of rail strength from the road foundation drainage by combining with the factual construction circumstances, controls the development of the rising soil diseases, so as to enhance the rail equipment quality and ensure the safe transportation.%以金温线翻浆冒泥病害整治工程为例，通过分析研究，探讨了翻浆冒泥病害产生的原因，并结合实际工况，从解决路基排水入手，采取了换填路基，提高道碴等级，强化轨道强度等治理措施，有效地控制了翻浆冒泥病害的发展，提高了线路设备质量，确保了安全运输。
