Combining with Banshan International Park Engineering, the paper researches the planning and design of the residential complex, ex-plores its planning allocation forms referring to related regulations, and analyzes the traffic design, reforestation landscape construction, architec-tural design, and civil air design, so as to create a new complex with reasonable layout, complete facilities, and graceful environment.%结合半山国际花园工程实例，对该住宅小区的规划设计进行了研究，依据相关规范，探讨了其规划布局形式，并对交通设计、绿化景观建设、建筑设计、人防设计等作了分析论述，以期创造一个布局合理、配套齐全、环境优美的新型居住小区。
